Ils se consacrent exclusivement \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation du quatri\u00e8me et dernier objectif de la vie des Hindous, \u00ab\u00a0la moksha\u00a0\u00bb (la lib\u00e9ration de l&rsquo;illusion), par la m\u00e9ditation et la contemplation de Brahman. Les Sadhus portent souvent des v\u00eatements de couleur ocre, symbolisant la renonciation. De nos jours, beaucoup d&rsquo;entre eux acceptent de poser pour les photos des touristes.<\/p>\n<p>Le temple de Pashupatinath est l&rsquo;un des plus importants et des plus sacr\u00e9s temples d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 Shiva (Pashupati) dans le monde, situ\u00e9 sur les rives de la rivi\u00e8re Bagmati dans la partie orientale de Katmandou.
