L&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e est \u00ab\u00a0grandiose\u00a0\u00bb avec un boulevard tout neuf \u00e0 huit voies et des b\u00e2timents publics monumentaux, mais la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 est quelque peu plus prosa\u00efque.<\/p>\n<p>Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une nouvelle ville, anciennement connue sous le nom de Tam Duong, partag\u00e9e\u00a0entre la vieille ville, avec son march\u00e9 plein de minorit\u00e9s ethniques, et la ville nouvelle, faite de b\u00e9ton et situ\u00e9e \u00e0 quelques kilom\u00e8tres. Mais nous n&rsquo;avons pas vu grand chose\u00a0derri\u00e8re tous ces nouveaux b\u00e2timents. Impression \u00e9trange.<\/p>\n<p>Comme la plupart des visiteurs, nous ne nous sommes arr\u00eat\u00e9s que pour une petite pause rapide en route vers Dien Bien Phu.
