Mes souvenirs m’ont ramen\u00e9 \u00e0 Harar, cette ancienne ville fortifi\u00e9e \u00e0 l’extr\u00eame est de l’\u00c9thiopie. J’y ai pass\u00e9 quelques jours et je croyais \u00eatre dans un autre monde. \u00a0Harar \u00e9tait un centre commercial majeur, reli\u00e9 par routes au reste de l’\u00c9thiopie, toute la Corne de l’Afrique, la P\u00e9ninsule Arabique, et, par ses ports, au monde ext\u00e9rieur. \u00a0Harar Jugol, l’ancienne ville fortifi\u00e9e, a \u00e9t\u00e9 inclue dans la Liste du Patrimoine Mondial de l’UNESCO en reconnaissance de son h\u00e9ritage culturel. La ville est quelque fois connue en Arabe comme \u00ab\u00a0la Ville des Saints\u00a0\u00bb (\u00ab\u00a0Madinat al-Awilya\u00a0\u00bb). D’apr\u00e8s l’UNESCO, la ville est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme \u00ab\u00a0la quatri\u00e8me ville sainte de l’Islam\u00a0\u00bb, avec 82 mosqu\u00e9es,\u00a0trois datant du 10\u00e8 si\u00e8cle, et 102 mausol\u00e9s.<\/p>\n
Il y a une ambiance \u00e9trange dans cette ville en raison de tous les gens \u00e0 moiti\u00e9 endormis, m\u00e2chant du Khat d\u00e8s qu’ils le peuvent. Un endroit tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rent.<\/p>\n
