Akha Pixo woman, Ban Yo, Laos

As we arrived in Ban Yo, in Northern Laos, we met a group of Akha Pixo women getting ready to return home after the market. They accepted to let me take a few pictures.

I was not able to find much information about this minority, the Akha Pixo. They are a sub-group of the Akha, a hilltribe people coming from the south of China.
