The legendary Open de Nice of the Nice LTC Club, since its inception in 1898, is full of memories and events that continue to impress.

King Gustav V of Sweden will not miss any of these tournaments, and Suzanne Lenglen, who began on the clay court, will enjoy the glory we all know. In 1971 the club became “open” to keep pace with the tennis development of the time.

Between 1987 and 1995, the Open de Tennis de Nice will welcome the best champions of the Open times:

Nastase, Panatta, Orantés, Borg, Vilas, Higueras, Pecci, Lendl, Courrier, Gomez….Noah, Forget, Leconte.

2010 was the year of renewal as the Nice LTC club hosted an ATP World Tour 250.
